Sanibel Rental Service, Inc. prides itself on customer service and attention to detail; therefore all reservations are accepted only by phone, to ensure the dates and availability of all items, and that appropriate equipment is provided to meet each customers needs. Please call 239-472-5777 to personally make your reservation through owner, Randy Faber. Cancellations are requested prior to 24 hours of delivery date.

Roll-a-way beds and cribs require delivery and set-up by Sanibel Rental Service staff. All other items may be picked up at our storefront at 2246 Periwinkle Way (in Sanibel Square), or requested for delivery. A one-time $5.00 delivery fee will be charged for required and requested deliveries.

Upon reservations, all renters must provide contact information, a credit card number and complete billing address. Your rental fee total will be calculated and confirmed upon reservation. Payments may be paid by cash, check or credit card, and billing transactions will be processed upon the completion of your rental. If rental items are damaged or destroyed within the duration of your rental, replacement value of the rented item will also be charged.

Sanibel Rental Service, Inc. serves solely as a leaser of equipment. Renters are to use equipment only for purposes which items are clearly designed, and all items are used at renters own risk. Sanibel Rental Service, Inc. disclaims any and all liability for injury, loss or death resulting from use of any rented item. Renters agree to hold Sanibel Rental Service, Inc. harmless for any injury, loss or death, associated with rental items; and to indemnify Sanibel Rental Service, Inc. from any claims, attorneys and costs incurred by use of rental equipment.
